Company Introduction

Linio, Jumia, Daraz, invested by German VC, are the market leader of B2C ecommerce in Latin America, Africa, and West Asia.

Linio headquarters in Mexico. In Latin America, Linio has ecommerce websites in 8 Spanish speaking countries, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Panama and Venezuela, covering over 300 million consumers. We have 2000 employees in the Latam region. Our site unique visits reached 25 million per month and our revenue growth was over 100% last year. Jumia covers over 23 African countries and its main markets are targeted at Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt and the Ivory Coast. Daraz operates in Pakistan, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

The operating system of the three platforms was developed by a German incubator, Rocket Internet. These platforms started up by operating local B2C business and began to extend the business across borders in 2015 after raising investment from investors in different areas.

Linio Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd was established in Shenzhen & HK in January of 2015. It affiliates with three large online shopping platforms and takes full control of the cross-border ecommerce business. These platforms aimed at new and emerging market areas respectively.

Linio Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd has set up independent sales and operation teams, who are in charge of recruitment and management of sellers for Linio, Jumia and Daraz.

Now we are looking for talent to join us. We will provide systemic training and coaching to you to ensure we can develop you to be experienced manager in 2-3 years.

Management Trainee – Key Account

You will be responsible for

· Operation Management

o To monitor the sellers' operation performance on daily basis.

o To improve the sellers' operation ratios.

· Sellers Support

o To provide insights on how to enhance sellers' sales performance based on data analysis.

o To provide proper training and guidance so as to ensure sellers comply with platform policies and regulations.

o Be responsible of achieving sales and assortment targets.

· Customer Support

o To facilitate issue resolution between customers and sellers.

· Business Development

o To facilitate the opening of new countries.

o To help fine-tuning business plan and logistic solutions based on sellers' feedback.

o To improve the current business process.

Management Trainee – Operations

You will be responsible for

· Coordinate with both internal and external parties effectively

· Develop dashboards and management reports to fulfill business needs

· Handle customer enquires & correspondence regarding Cross Border Marketplace orders

· Conduct data analysis to draw insight throughout the project to identify short-comings as well as the causes

Management Trainee – HR &Admin

You will be responsible for

· Making and revising employee handbook

· Employee recruitment procedure and labor contract signing

· Office supplies management, administrative procurement, fixed asset management

· Responsible for team building, organizing staff travel and so on

· Responsible for the company's reimbursement, running account registration and audit summary

2017 Campus Recruitment

Primary working Location: Shenzhen

Positions: 6-8 Management Trainees in Key Account, Operations, HR

Requirement for all positions

  1. Bachelor degree or above

  2. Confident & energetic, strong self-motivation and career mind.

  3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and activities simultaneously and able to thrive in a fast paced working environment.

  4. Good communication skills and team work.

  5. Fluent oral and written English. French & Spanish will be a plus.
